U.S. President Donald Trump officially nominated Kevin Warsh to be the next Chairman of the Federal Reserve.
If Warsh's nomination is confirmed by the Senate, he will succeed the current Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell.
The White House stated in an online released statement that Trump's nomination has been formally submitted to the Senate
