Cryptocurrency Market Experiences Significant Liquidations
In the past 24 hours, the cryptocurrency market has seen liquidations totaling $594 million, according to ChainCatcher. Data from Coinglass indicates that long positions accounted for $116 million, while short positions amounted to $479 million in liquidations. Bitcoin long positions experienced liquidations of $40.13 million, whereas Bitcoin short positions saw $275 million in liquidations. For Ethereum, long positions faced liquidations of $25.34 million, and short positions were liquidated for $131 million.
