Market concerns over the Iran war have intensified again, with New York crude oil rising above $80 per barrel, and U.S. stocks faced a sell-off on Thursday.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell further, down 1,020 points or 2.1%, closing at 47,719 points. The Nasdaq dropped 280 points or 1.3%, closing at 22,524 points; the S&P 500 index fell 91 points or 1.3%, closing at 6,778 points.

Traditional stocks were under pressure, with Boeing (BA.US) down over 3% and Caterpillar (CAT.US) down nearly 5%. Technology stocks Nvidia (NVDA.US), Apple (AAPL.US), and Tesla (TSLA.US) all fell over 1%
