Zhongyuan Real Estate stated that its branch recently facilitated a transaction in Tseung Kwan O SAVANNAH, involving a unit in a low-rise building with 5 connected platform units. The usable area of the unit is 938 square feet, featuring a four-bedroom suite and a worker's suite layout, along with a large platform that overlooks the eastern bay view. The latest buyer acquired it for HKD 15.9 million, equivalent to a usable price of HKD 16,951 per square foot.
The original owner purchased the unit in September 2016 for HKD 14.086 million and has held it for nearly 10 years. This sale resulted in a substantial profit of HKD 1.814 million, with the unit appreciating by 13% during the holding period
