UNITY GP HLDGS has signed a memorandum of understanding to provide computing power services

UNITY GP HLDGS (01539.HK) announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Multipolar Group, which intends to initially procure 1,024 artificial intelligence graphics processing units (AI GPUs) for high-performance computing and related services.

The services will be delivered through the group's business platform, involving high-performance AI GPU infrastructure with significant processing capabilities, which will be hosted in data center facilities located in Indonesia, and is expected to commence operations after the completion of debugging and acceptance procedures.

The board believes that if these services are realized, it will further diversify the group's revenue sources, require no significant initial capital expenditure, and open up new business areas for the group
