TIANAN MEDICARE (00383.HK) expects to record a net loss estimated to be between approximately HKD 15 million and HKD 45 million for the year ending December 31, 2025, compared to a profit of approximately HKD 28.8 million for the year 2024. This is mainly due to fair value losses on investment properties; provisions for available-for-sale development properties; provisions for properties held for sale, although partially offset by net exchange gains; and losses related to the closure of the comprehensive outpatient service in 2024 not being offset
