China Resources Pharmaceutical (03320.HK) announced that its subsidiary, China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial, has officially signed a cooperation agreement with Roche. Both parties will fully leverage their respective advantages in pharmaceutical distribution, deep marketing, and innovative research and development to jointly promote the commercialization of the drug trastuzumab emtansine for breast cancer treatment in mainland China, with China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial fully responsible for the commercialization of the cooperative product in China.

This cooperation will enhance drug accessibility and coverage, benefiting more HER2-positive breast cancer patients with ADC treatment; secondly, it will optimize product promotion layout, as China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial and Roche will collaborate to create sustainable development space, further enhancing the clinical application value of drugs in the field of breast cancer treatment under the current treatment landscape; thirdly, it will explore innovative commercial operation models for mature products, as both parties will drive resource synergy and value realization by fully tapping into the potential value of the drug
