TOWN HEALTH (3886) issued a profit warning, expecting a net profit of HKD 10.4 million to HKD 16.3 million for the entire last year, successfully turning a loss into a profit. The profit is mainly due to a decrease in fair value losses on investment properties and the turnaround of joint ventures from losses to profits. Operating profit is expected to grow by up to 64%.
