ITC PROPERTIES (00199.HK) announced the sale of a 32-story commercial building located in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, currently known as "250 Hennessy," to an independent third party, Jixiang Zun Management. The total construction area involved is 55,678 square feet, with a price of HKD 164 million, not exceeding HKD 168 million, which is the property agreement price of HKD 410 million, minus the outstanding mortgage loan.
