(the “Company”)(TSX.V: BAG) announces anamendment to the finder’s fees previously disclosed in connectionwith the Company’s recently closed non-brokered privateplacement.The revised finder’s fees paid in connection with theprivate placement are $22,473 in cash and 204,300 finder’s warrants,payable to eligible arm’s length parties in accordance with thepolicies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
