<p>Qwen-SEA-LION-v4 has significant improvements in multilingual accuracy and cultural context understanding, and its efficiency allows it to run on consumer-grade laptops equipped with 32GB of memory. The model currently ranks first in the open-source model category under 200B parameters in the Southeast Asian language model comprehensive evaluation list SEA-HELM.</p>
<h2>Upgrading Traditional Chinese Medicine Consulting Platform with AI Models in Hong Kong</h2>
<p>In Hong Kong, local traditional Chinese medicine companies Peili Nongbenfang and the TCM Equation, which focuses on developing clinical TCM intelligent software solutions, are using the Alibaba Qwen3 model to upgrade their TCM consulting platform (TCMA), aiming to modernize and internationalize TCM clinical management. Driven by Qwen3, the platform can analyze unstructured clinical data such as physician's notes and TCM prescriptions through advanced natural language processing and deep learning capabilities, supporting personalized treatment plans and enhancing core capabilities such as AI-driven patient interaction, clinical operations, safety, and compliance.</p>

<p>Additionally, the global lighting leader Signify, headquartered in the Netherlands, has launched the industry's first generative AI agent powered by Alibaba's self-developed large model Qwen in China. By utilizing Qwen's ability to handle complex tasks, this AI agent has been integrated into Signify's Interact City Flex smart streetlight system. This system can monitor, control, and manage street lighting facilities, further reducing energy consumption while improving maintenance efficiency. The upgraded system simplifies operations, allowing users to formulate and deploy AI-led dimming strategies through natural language commands.
