On March 13, DiDi released its performance report for the fourth quarter and the full year of 2025 on its official website. The company showed steady growth in the fourth quarter, marking a solid end to its operations for the full year of 2025. In the fourth quarter, the order volume of DiDi's core platform (China mobility and international business) increased by 13.5% year-on-year to 4.844 billion orders, with a daily order peak exceeding 65 million. For the full year of 2025, the core platform's order volume reached 18.24 billion orders, a year-on-year increase of 14%.
The increase in order volume led to an expansion in transaction scale. In the fourth quarter, the gross transaction value (GTV) of DiDi's core platform grew by 19.9% year-on-year to 123.8 billion yuan; for the full year of 2025, the total GTV of the core platform increased by 14.8% year-on-year to 450.8 billion yuan.
DiDi's founder and CEO Cheng Wei stated: &#34;In the fourth quarter, the order volume for China mobility and international business reached a new high, with China mobility maintaining double-digit growth for 12 consecutive quarters, and international mobility showing strong growth and achieving profitability for two consecutive years. At the same time, we increased strategic investments in overseas new businesses in Q4, with new business growth exceeding expectations. We also see the synergistic value of multiple businesses in the Latin American market and are confident in deepening local development.&#34;
In January this year, the next-generation Robotaxi model R2 was officially delivered. We will continue to increase investments in autonomous driving research and development and operations, integrating network services for users, and gradually promoting China's autonomous driving technology and experience globally.
<h2>China Mobility Seeks Progress in Stability, Expanding Incremental Markets through Innovation and Service</h2>
In the fourth quarter of 2025, DiDi's China mobility order volume increased by 10.1% year-on-year to 3.578 billion orders, with the average daily order volume rising to 38.9 million orders; the full-year order volume increased by 10.8% year-on-year to 13.735 billion orders. This marks the 12th consecutive quarter of double-digit growth in order volume for China mobility since 2023.
During the same period, the GTV for China mobility in the fourth quarter grew by 11.2% year-on-year to 87.2 billion yuan, while the GTV for the full year of 2025 increased by 10.7% year-on-year to 333.8 billion yuan.
In recent years, the domestic mobility market has deepened, with users' personalized mobility needs gradually increasing and their demands for service quality becoming more mature. Over the past year, DiDi has been continuously expanding incremental markets through more diversified products and innovative experiences.
Focusing on creating user value, on one hand, DiDi has connected various mobility scenarios, launching services such as chartering, pet travel, overseas travel, and a women-friendly program to meet the segmented needs of different groups or scenarios; it has also launched premium service categories such as DiDi Light Enjoy and Selected Express, allowing drivers to earn good income through good service; the AI mobility assistant Xiao Di meets users' personalized travel needs, supporting over 90 service tags such as air freshness, large trunk, and smooth driving, covering precise solutions for scenarios like assisting the elderly and children, and business receptions.
On the other hand, DiDi continues to explore and launch new services to enhance the user travel experience and increase user stickiness. In the fourth quarter, the number of DiDi core members increased by over 15% compared to the same period last year. Through increased investment in key overseas markets by 2025, DiDi's international business continues to grow rapidly. In the fourth quarter, the order volume of international business increased by 24.5% year-on-year to 1.265 billion orders, with an average daily order volume of nearly 14 million. For the entire year of 2025, the order volume of DiDi's international business is expected to grow by 24.7% year-on-year to 4.505 billion orders. As the core driving force of international business, the international ride-hailing service has maintained adjusted EBITDA profitability for two consecutive years.
During the same period, the GTV of international business in the fourth quarter increased by 47.1% year-on-year, reaching 36.6 billion yuan; for the entire year of 2025, GTV is expected to grow by 28.2% year-on-year to 117 billion yuan.
Currently, DiDi's international business covers 14 countries and regions in Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and Africa, providing services such as transportation, food delivery, and finance to over 100 million local users.
DiDi entered the Brazilian market in 2018 and has since accumulated 55 million active users, attracting approximately 1.5 million drivers to join the platform. Leveraging this network, DiDi's related services have covered over 3,300 towns and cities in Brazil. Among them, two-wheeled transportation services have completed over 2 billion orders in the past three years.
Since announcing the restart of its food delivery business in Brazil last April, DiDi has accelerated the creation of a one-stop lifestyle service platform in Brazil. As of January this year, the food delivery service of DiDi's 99 platform has entered over 60 cities in Brazil, including São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, Belo Horizonte, and Goiânia, which are several economically active core metropolitan areas. According to the plan, by mid-2026, the 99 food delivery service will further expand to 100 cities in Brazil.
While steadily advancing its international business layout, DiDi is also continuously exploring the application and development of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence. In the fourth quarter of last year, DiDi's autonomous driving began all-weather, fully unmanned passenger testing in certain demonstration application areas in Guangzhou and Beijing, marking a new stage in DiDi's autonomous driving service capabilities.
