New record: In the spring transportation of 2026, civil aviation transported a total of 94.39 million passengers
On March 14th, according to China Civil Aviation News, reporters learned from the Civil Aviation Administration that during the 2026 Spring Festival travel season (February 2nd - March 13th), the national civil aviation transported a total of 94.39 million passengers, with an average of 2.36 million passengers per day, an increase of 4.6% compared to the same period in the 2025 Spring Festival travel season; a total of 759,000 flights were operated, with an average of 19,000 flights per day, an increase of 2.7% compared to the same period in the 2025 Spring Festival travel season.
