The new project Lantian Banshan KOKO MARE has launched 13 two-bedroom units for bidding

K. Wah International Holdings' KOKO HILLS series announced its latest sales arrangements today (17th), launching a tender for 13 brand new two-bedroom units in Phase 3B, KOKO MARE.

K. Wah International Holdings Vice Chairman and Executive Director Wong Kwong Yiu stated that KOKO HILLS recorded over 30 transactions in the past four weeks. The entire KOKO HILLS series has sold a total of 1,078 units to date, with nearly 80% sold, cashing out over HKD 10.8 billion.

Additionally, the project has opened two brand new demonstration units for public viewing starting today, located at 17D of Block 3 and 18B of Block 8. Among them, 17D of Block 3 features a three-bedroom suite with a storage room, with a usable area of 769 square feet; 18B of Block 8 features a two-bedroom layout with an open kitchen, with a usable area of 425 square feet
