CHINANEWTOWN (01321.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss of no more than RMB 291 million for the fiscal year 2025, compared to a net profit of RMB 486 million in the previous year. The loss is mainly due to a significant decrease of no more than 91% in revenue from the commercial property development segment; and no confirmation of sales from new projects of a similar scale during the year
