BlackRock CEO Fink's pay up 23% as firm pushes into private markets

As the world's largest asset manager, BlackRock, aggressively expands into private markets, its CEO, Larry Fink, received $37.7 million in compensation for 2025, an increase of approximately 23% year-over-year. According to proxy filings submitted Friday, President Rob Kapito's compensation was $25.7 million, and Chief Financial Officer Martin Small's was $13.6 million. Chief Operating Officer Rob Goldstein received $15.6 million.
