SHOUCHENG Holdings (00697.HK) announced its full-year results for the year ending last December, with a revenue of HKD 1.437 billion, an increase of 18.2% year-on-year. The net profit was HKD 310 million, a decrease of 24.4% year-on-year; earnings per share were HKD 0.0409. A final dividend of HKD 0.0047 was declared, with a distribution of HKD 0.0164 during the same period in 2024. In addition, a special dividend of HKD 0.0568 will be distributed in two installments, with each installment being HKD 0.0284 per share, on June 9 and December 14, respectively
