SHANGHAI IND H (00363.HK) announced its full-year results for the year ended last December, with a revenue of HKD 20.832 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 28%. The net profit was HKD 2.02 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 28.1%; earnings per share were HKD 1.858. A total dividend of HKD 0.70 was declared, including a final dividend of HKD 0.50 and a special dividend of HKD 0.20, compared to a final dividend of HKD 0.52 in the same period last year
