Uniswap Foundation Releases Financial Summary for Fiscal Year 2025

The Uniswap Foundation has released its financial summary for the fiscal year 2025. According to Foresight News, the foundation reported holding $49.9 million in cash and stablecoins, 15.1 million UNI tokens, and 240 ETH by the end of 2025. The token holdings were valued at $85.8 million at the time. The foundation anticipates that its funds will last until January 2027. Throughout the year, new grant commitments totaled $26 million, with $11 million already disbursed. In the fourth quarter alone, new commitments amounted to $5.8 million, with $2.1 million disbursed. Operational expenses for the year reached $9.7 million, excluding employee token rewards. Additionally, the foundation acquired 20.3 million UNI tokens from the Uniswap Treasury through the Uniswap Unleashed proposal, valued at approximately $114 million at the end of the year.
