International oil prices fell, with Brent crude down more than 3% to $100.74 per barrel and WTI crude down more than 3% to $98.33 per barrel. The main contract for crude oil futures fell nearly 12%, the main contract for fuel oil futures fell nearly 11%, and the main contract for low-sulfur fuel oil futures fell more than 7%.
