Dongfang Sheng reduced its holdings in MOST KWAI CHUNG by HKD 5.09 million
The Hong Kong Stock Exchange's equity disclosure shows that Wang Jiawei (Dongfang Sheng) sold 1.59 million shares of MOST KWAI CHUNG (01716.HK) at an average price of HKD 3.2003 per share on March 19, cashing out HKD 5.0885 million. After the reduction, Dongfang Sheng still holds 97,500 shares of MOST KWAI CHUNG, or 0.036%.
MOST KWAI CHUNG announced last month that its original controlling shareholder Blackpaper Limited sold a 65% stake to independent third party Ma Liyang, involving 175.5 million shares, with a total consideration of HKD 122 million, equivalent to a price of HKD 0.6963 per share
