AEP Battery Debuts 587Ah Semi-Solid-State Energy Storage Cell and 6.5GWh Dedicated Production Line

GAC AEP Battery, in collaboration with the United Innovation Center, has officially launched the "Da Fang Wu Yu" series of 587Ah energy storage cells. Among these, the "Qiankun" version, a solid-liquid hybrid cell, is the industry's first mass-produced semi-solid-state energy storage cell. At the foundational material level, this cell pioneers the "Qian Gang Kun Luo" system. Through nano solid-state electrolyte coating and in-situ polymerization gelation technology, it blocks 95% of lithium dendrite penetration risks and achieves inherent flame retardancy within the cell. It has successfully withstood extreme validation tests such as a 200°C heat box and a thousand-degree fire burn.
