Another large technology company that has already been listed on the A-share market plans to go public in Hong Kong. Zhongji Innolight (Shenzhen: 3003080), a manufacturer of optical communication modules and a supplier to Nvidia, has reportedly submitted a listing application in Hong Kong in secret, aiming to raise at least $3 billion (approximately HKD 23.4 billion), which could make it the largest IPO in Hong Kong this year.
According to Bloomberg, citing informed sources, discussions are still ongoing, and details such as the issuance scale and timing have not yet been finalized.
Zhongji Innolight closed at RMB 606 on Friday (the 3rd), up 4.2%, with a market capitalization of RMB 673.915 billion.
Zhongji Innolight's main business is the research, development, production, and sales of high-end optical communication transceiver modules, with its primary products being high-end optical communication transceiver modules. Benefiting from a surge of investors flocking to artificial intelligence (AI) and related companies, the company's stock price has increased approximately sixfold over the past year. The company is projected to achieve a net profit of RMB 10.8 billion in 2025, an annual increase of 108.8%, with revenue of RMB 38.24 billion, up 60.3%
