
As of the end of March, Hong Kong's foreign exchange reserves fell to USD 430.8 billion
The Hong Kong Monetary Authority announced today (9th) that Hong Kong's official foreign exchange reserves at the end of March 2026 amounted to USD 430.8 billion, which is more than five times the currency in circulation in Hong Kong, or about 38% of the M3 money supply. At the end of February this year, it was USD 439.3 billion.
