International oil prices open high with a jump; US stock futures fall over 1%
Brent crude and WTI crude futures opened 8% higher.
Futures for the three major US stock indices all opened more than 1% lower.
The US dollar index rose more than 0.4%.
Spot gold and spot silver opened more than 2% lower.
