In March, sales prices for new commodity residential housing in first-tier cities fell 2.2% year-on-year, with the decline remaining unchanged from the previous month. Among them, Shanghai rose 3.7%, while Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen declined by 2.1%, 4.7%, and 5.5%, respectively. Sales prices for new commodity residential housing in second-tier cities decreased 3.3% year-on-year, with the decline widening by 0.2 percentage points. In third-tier cities, sales prices for new commodity residential housing fell 4.0% year-on-year, with the decline unchanged from the prior month.
