Suzhou Achieves Total Import and Export Value of 799.99 Billion Yuan in First Quarter, Up 26.5% Year-on-Year
In March, following a strong start to the trading season, Suzhou maintained robust growth, achieving a total import and export value of 799.99 billion yuan in the first quarter, up 26.5% year-on-year. This figure accounted for 6.8% of the national total and 50.3% of the provincial total, with contributions to national and provincial foreign trade growth at 10.9% and 71.8%, respectively. Exports amounted to 485.32 billion yuan, an increase of 20.4%, while imports reached 314.67 billion yuan, up 37.3%. (Suzhou Daily)
