CNOOC's Self-Developed Deepwater Drilling Riser System Successfully Applied for the First Time
According to CNOOC, China's first set of self-developed 1,500-meter water depth drilling riser system has been successfully deployed in the eastern South China Sea. The deployed riser system includes a total of 30 sets of equipment, jointly produced by strategic partner BOMCO, achieving full-chain localization and marking a new stage of independent control for China's core deepwater drilling equipment.
