According to the Dongguan Maritime Safety Administration, the Dongguan-Hong Kong International Air Cargo Center will celebrate its third anniversary of operational closure on April 18. Since the closure commenced, the center has achieved cumulative import and export values exceeding 64 billion yuan. In the first quarter of 2026 alone, the value surpassed 9.8 billion yuan, marking a year-on-year growth of approximately 148% and establishing a new all-time high for the year. This performance underscores the center's significant role in consolidating the industrial and supply chains of the Greater Bay Area while exerting powerful driving capacity.
