KUAISHOU grants stock options and restricted stock units to its founder
KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK) announced that on April 17, according to the 2023 Share Incentive Plan, a total of 391,200 stock options and 3,477,600 restricted share units were granted to the company's co-founder, executive director, CEO, and major shareholder Cheng Yixiao. The exercise price of the stock options is HKD 46.46, which is equivalent to the closing price on the grant date
