Beidou Spatiotemporal Intelligent Equipment Enables Humanoid Robots to 'Run Autonomously'

The 2026 Beijing Yizhuang Half Marathon and the Humanoid Robot Half Marathon began on April 19. Participating humanoid robots have demonstrated significant overall capability improvements; not only has their running speed increased substantially, but their 'route recognition' abilities have also been markedly enhanced. It is reported that more than two-thirds of the 'autonomous run' teams at this event are equipped with Beidou spatiotemporal intelligent kits. In contrast, during the inaugural 2025 competition, the vast majority of robots relied on remote control, with technicians following alongside to operate them.
