
DPS Resources, Xinfengwei to explore $1.1B AGI data center infrastructure projects in Malaysia

DPS Resources Bhd has signed a memorandum of understanding with Hangzhou Xinfengwei Network Technology Co., Ltd. to explore a $1.1 billion AGI data center project in Melaka, Malaysia. The collaboration aims to develop next-generation data center facilities and strengthen DPS's position in the high-performance computing ecosystem. DPSE will provide land and infrastructure, while Xinfengwei will manage market development and operations. The project is expected to have a capacity of 150MW to 180MW, with an indicative value of $1.1 billion. This initiative aligns with the growing demand for AI-driven infrastructure and aims to attract global technology investments to Melaka.
