(“CTSi”), a Jacksonville-based traffic and transportation engineering firm serving public agencies and private developers throughout Northeast Florida. Founded in 2014 by Raj Chindalur, CTSi has grown into one of Northeast Florida’s most trusted and versatile traffic engineering consultants. The firm brings deep expertise across the full spectrum of traffic and transportation services, including traffic operations analysis, traffic impact studies, safety studies, travel demand modeling, signal design, intersection design, and transportation policy planning. CTSi’s client work spans some of the region’s most consequential infrastructure projects — from county-wide mobility plans and corridor analyses to complex intersection redesigns and signal modifications serving state, county, and municipal clients, as well as major residential and commercial developers. Mr. Chindalur will continue in a leadership role within the combined organization.
