
Abacus raises FY2026 adjusted net income outlook to $100M-$106M and guides Q2 to $24M-$26M
Abacus Global Management (ABX) has raised its FY2026 adjusted net income outlook to $100M-$106M, up from $96M-$104M, with Q2 guidance set at $24M-$26M. CEO Jay Jackson attributed the increase to strong fundraising and origination velocity, reporting $288M raised in Q1. The company generated $91.7M in operating cash flow, a significant improvement from the previous year. Total revenue for Q1 grew 34.6% to $59.4M, with adjusted net income rising 16.6% to $20.1M. Jackson also highlighted strategic partnerships and upcoming securitizations as key growth drivers.
