Separately, CNBC reported that SpaceX could release its IPO prospectus as early as next week after confidentially filing in April. In Thursday's regular trading session, Cisco Systems (CSCO) led a tech rally as the S&amp;P 500 and the Nasdaq closed at new record highs.
