Dell Technologies Inc. (NYSE:DELL)  reported first-quarter revenue of $43.84 billion, surpassing analyst estimates of $35.45 billion, according to Benzinga Pro. Adjusted earnings came in at $4.86 per share, well above expectations of $2.94 per share.



UiPath Inc. (NYSE:PATH) reported quarterly earnings of 15 cents per share, which missed the Street estimate of 16 cents. Revenue clocked in at $418.38 million, which beat the consensus estimate of $397.81 million.



MongoDB Inc (NASDAQ:MDB) posted first-quarter revenue of $687.62 million, beating analyst estimates of $667.82 million and adjusted earnings of $1.32 per share, beating analyst estimates of $1.18 per share.



Autodesk Inc. (NASDAQ:ADSK) reported earnings of $2.99 per share, which beat the consensus estimate of $2.84. Revenue came in at $1.93 billion, which beat the Street estimate of $1.89 billion.



Weibo Corp. (NASDAQ:WB) reported first-quarter revenue of $421.3 million and above the analyst consensus estimate of $417.9 million.



Salesforce Inc (NYSE:CRM) reported first-quarter revenue of $11.13 billion, beating the consensus estimate of $11.05 billion and adjusted earnings of $3.88 per share, well above estimates of $3.12 per share.



Li Auto Inc. (NASDAQ:LI) reported first-quarter 2026 revenue of 23.0 billion Chinese yuan ($3.33 billion), but exceeded the analyst consensus estimate of $3.14 billion. Adjusted net loss came in at 2.09 yuan per American depositary share, or 30 cents, compared with Wall Street expectations for a profit of 7 cents per share.



XPeng Inc. (NYSE:XPEV) reported quarterly revenue of 13.03 billion Chinese yuan ($1.89 billion), down 17.6% year over year and below the analyst consensus estimate of $3.13 billion. 



Photronics Inc. (NASDAQ:PLAB) reported non-GAAP net income attributable to shareholders of $24.9 million, or 42 cents per diluted share, missing the estimated 54 cents per share.



Marvell Technology Inc. (NASDAQ:MRVL) reported first-quarter results that narrowly topped Wall Street estimates and issued upbeat long-term growth projections tied to AI infrastructure demand.



HP Inc. (NYSE:HPQ) reported quarterly earnings of 86 cents per share, which beat the consensus of 71 cents and revenue came in at $14.41 billion, which beat the Street estimate of $14.04 billion.



Synopsys Inc. (NASDAQ:SNPS) reported quarterly earnings of $3.35 per share, which beat the Street estimate of $3.15 and revenue of $2.28 billion, which beat the consensus estimate of $2.25 billion.



Marvell Technology Inc. (NASDAQ:MRVL) reported earnings of 80 cents per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 79 cents, and revenue came in at $2.42 billion, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.4 billion.



Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited (NASDAQ:KC) reported first-quarter fiscal 2026 results, with revenue rising year over year and topping analyst estimates as demand for AI-related cloud services accelerated.



<h2>Technology, Hardware &amp; IT</h2>



Dell said that some of its biggest AI customers are signing multi-year server deals without knowing the final price, prioritizing access to computing power over cost as demand continues to overwhelm supply.



The Pentagon awarded Dell Federal Systems a five-year, $9.7 billion deal to manage Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ:MSFT) software licensing across the Defense Department, intelligence community and U.S. Coast Guard.

Nebius Group N.V. (NASDAQ:NBIS) shares are rising in extended trading on Wednesday after Situational Awareness reported a 5.6% stake in the neocloud company.



CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWD) is expanding its Project QuiltWorks initiative with major players in the cyber insurance industry.



Super Micro Computer, Inc (NASDAQ:SMCI) is collaborating with Taiwanese authorities to help prevent illicit diversion of its server technology.



Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ:META) is expanding beyond its advertising roots by introducing paid subscriptions across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Meta AI as the company looks to unlock new AI-driven revenue streams and deepen monetization of its massive global user base.

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Ltd (NYSE:TSM) Senior Vice President of Business Development Kevin Zhang told Reuters that rising electricity demand from AI is making energy efficiency a central priority for future chip development.



Bloomberg reported that Qualcomm Inc (NASDAQ:QCOM) reached a deal to supply TikTok parent ByteDance with application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) for AI data centers.



Nvidia Corp. (NASDAQ:NVDA) CEO Jensen Huang announced the company plans to spend approximately $150 billion a year in Taiwan.



IREN Limited (NASDAQ:IREN) said Tuesday it signed a purchase agreement with Dell for NVIDIA air-cooled Blackwell systems to support its previously announced five-year, $3.4 billion managed-services AI cloud contract.



Intel Corp. (NASDAQ:INTC) launched new Arc G-series processors for Windows handheld gaming PCs.



Okta Inc. (NASDAQ:OKTA) reported quarterly earnings of 91 cents per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 85 cents, according to Benzinga Pro data. Revenue came in at $765 million, easily beating the Street estimate of $751.88 million.



SentinelOne Inc. (NYSE:S) reported quarterly adjusted earnings of four cents, which beat the Street estimate of two cents, according to Benzinga Pro data. Revenue came in at $276.66 million, shy of the $277.31 million consensus estimate.

Anthropic overtook OpenAI as the world’s most valuable startup after raising $65 billion in Series H, valuing the company at $965 billion.
