However, it is worth noting that within equally powerful systems, the value of Llama may only lie in its open-source nature. Once developers can freely use equally powerful open-source systems, its value will diminish.

Internal documents from Microsoft show that it requires salespeople to emphasize to customers that Azure can provide the same full functionality as OpenAI, and is more suitable for enterprise customers, while OpenAI's authorization is &#34;limited in enterprise-level functionality&#34; and &#34;has fewer security/privacy features&#34;.
To avoid antitrust scrutiny, Microsoft only holds 49% of OpenAI's shares. In essence, OpenAI's technology does not belong to Microsoft, and Microsoft does not have direct control over OpenAI.
