Yu Jianzhong's qualification as chairman will take effect upon approval by the regulatory authorities.!  Yu Jianzhong, 52 years old, has rich educational experience and professional resume. According to his resume, Yu Jianzhong graduated from the School of Economics and Management of Beijing Agricultural University in July 1995 with a major in finance and a minor in calculators; from September 2000 to October 2006, he studied in the agricultural economic management major of Nanjing Agricultural University and obtained a doctorate in management. From July 1995 to May 2018, yu Jianzhong successively served as an employee of Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd., Deputy Director of Valet Finance Division of Fund Trading Center of Asset and Liability Management Department, Deputy Director of Valet Finance Division of Fund Trading Center of Asset and Liability Management Department and Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Branch (presiding Work), Deputy Director of Valet Finance Division and Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Branch (presiding work), General Manager of Fund Trading Center of Fund Trading Department, Fund Trading Department director of the Division, Director of the Transaction Risk Supervision Division of the Financial Market Department, Deputy General Manager of the Financial Market Department, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Branch, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee, Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Department/Sannong Human Resources Management Center, President of the Investment Banking Department, etc. During this period, Yu Jianzhong was engaged in postdoctoral research in applied economics at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences from July 2007 to June 2009; from August 2008 to November 2009, he served as a member of the party group and deputy mayor of Qinzhou City, Guangxi Province. In May 2018, Yu Jianzhong jumped out of the banking industry and left to serve as vice president of Evergrande Group. But in less than half a year, Yu Jianzhong jumped to China Overseas Holding Group and successively served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President, and President of China Overseas Holding Group. In January 2020, Yu Jianzhong jumped to Tianjin Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., and later served as deputy secretary of the party committee, president, party committee secretary, and chairman of the board of directors of the bank.
