Haohi Health's filing information for listing on the US stock market has been confirmed by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

According to the Haoxi Health Technology Limited (浩希健康科技有限公司) overseas listing filing notice released by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on September 14th, it is stated that Haoxi Health plans to issue no more than 3,450,000 common shares and list on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange in the United States. The filing notice shows that from the date of issuance of the filing notice until the end of this overseas listing, if the company experiences any significant events, it should report them through the CSRC's filing management information system in accordance with the relevant regulations for domestic enterprises' overseas listings. The filing notice also mentions that within 15 working days after the completion of the overseas listing, the company should report the listing situation through the CSRC's filing management information system. The company should strictly comply with the relevant laws, regulations, and rules both domestically and internationally during the process of overseas listing. If the company fails to complete the overseas listing within 12 months from the date of issuance of this filing notice and intends to continue the process, it should update the filing materials. It is reported that on February 15th, 2023, Haoxi Health submitted a confidential filing to the SEC, and on August 25th, 2023, it publicly disclosed its prospectus, planning to list on NASDAQ through an IPO with the stock code HAO.
