Klook, a local travel platform, plans to go public in the United States next year, raising approximately 300 to 400 million US dollars. Wang Zhihao, one of the founders, responded to a local media interview, stating that the company has been preparing for the IPO since 2017 and is ready to go public at any time, with a preference for the United States or Hong Kong. When asked whether Klook plans to go public in the United States first and then list in Hong Kong, or to have simultaneous listings in both places, Wang Zhihao stated that there is currently no definite timetable for the IPO, but both Hong Kong and the United States are viable options.
