As US Treasury yields rise, traders are heavily betting on the US dollar.

Despite the uncertainty in the stock and bond markets, a certain consensus is forming around the US dollar: as long as the Federal Reserve continues to maintain high interest rates, the US dollar may continue to rise - at least for the remainder of this year. This has pushed US Treasury yields to their highest level since the 2008 financial crisis and pushed the US dollar against other major currencies higher since mid-July.
