The certificate confirms that the English name of the company has been changed from "Birmingham Sports Holdings Limited" to "ZO Future Group", and the dual foreign name "大象未来集团" has been adopted and registered to replace the Chinese name "伯明翰体育控股有限公司". The name change will take effect from September 11, 2023. Starting from 9:00 am on October 13, 2023, the stock abbreviation for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be changed. The English abbreviation will be changed from "BIRMINGHAM SPTS" to "ZO FUTURE GROUP", and the Chinese abbreviation will be changed from "伯明翰体育" to "大象未来集团". The stock code of the company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will remain unchanged, still being "2309".
