In terms of news, China International Capital Corporation (CICC) has released a report stating that although the market growth is normalizing, the concentration of leading companies in the Chinese tea beverage market will continue to increase. This is because these leading companies have strong business knowledge, enhanced backend infrastructure, and robust cash support, which enables them to accelerate their growth. It is believed that Naixue's self-operated model combined with its franchising model will support its accelerated network expansion, thereby gaining market share in the Chinese tea beverage market and consolidating its ability to improve profitability. The bank stated that based on Naixue's leading position in the tea industry, it is expected to capture more market share in the future. The bank predicts that the group will turn losses into profits this year, with earnings per share reaching RMB 0.067. In 2022 and 2025, the earnings per share are expected to reach RMB 0.249 and RMB 0.459 respectively, representing a year-on-year increase of 274% and 84%.
