Don’t use longbridge , never reach customer service for any one time . My queue position can from 8th became 13th.

I am very disappointed with the customer service speed I experienced today. This is by far the slowest support I have ever encountered — I have been waiting for over an hour and it is still not my turn. This makes it impossible to have my issue addressed in a timely manner.

For comparison, when I contacted moomoo for a similar matter, the issue was resolved in under five minutes. The difference in efficiency is simply unacceptable.

I hope you can review your service process and significantly improve your response time, as this level of delay greatly affects the customer experience.
