Xinyi Solar and Xinyi Glass Clarify Pricing on Connected Solar Power Sales

Xinyi Solar Holdings and Xinyi Glass Holdings have clarified the pricing mechanism for their connected transactions under an Electricity Framework Agreement. The annual cap is set at RMB35.4 million, based on previous purchasing levels.
