    CHML plans to repurchase company shares for between 150 million and 300 million yuan

    According to the announcement from CHML, the company will use its own funds to repurchase a portion of its A-shares through centralized bidding for equity incentives. The total amount for the repurchase will not be less than RMB 150 million (inclusive) and not exceed RMB 300 million (inclusive), with a maximum repurchase price of RMB 11 per share.
