LINK REIT announced that starting from April 8, it will cancel free parking and instead launch a "Discount Parking" program. Customers who spend a specified amount in the mall can enjoy a rental discount of HKD 5 for one hour. The current arrangement allows for two hours of free parking with a minimum spend of HKD 300. The new arrangement aims to provide competitive consumer parking discounts and will distribute HKD 5 parking vouchers to participating customers from April 8 to May 7, which can be used on or before May 31

Citi released a research report, lowering the target price for LINK REIT to HKD 49.2, which is still in the adjustment phase. The report pointed out that LINK REIT's operational performance in the first nine months of the 2026 fiscal year was weak, facing challenges from online shopping and competition. CICC has lowered the company's distribution per fund unit forecast for the current and next fiscal years by 2% and 4%, respectively, maintaining an "outperform industry" rating, with a target price reduced by 4% to HKD 43

JP Morgan released a report stating that LINK REIT's tenant sales have limited short-term benefits, maintaining a "neutral" rating. Although tenant sales in Hong Kong shopping malls have slightly improved, they are still below essential consumer goods retail sales, with rental yields expanding to negative 7.5%. It is expected that due to the increased penetration of cross-border e-commerce, tenant sales will not significantly improve in the short term, and management anticipates that rental yields will remain at a high single-digit negative level, with a target price of 36 yuan
