I think oil will continue to be volatile as long as the war is still going on. As long as the Strait of Hormuz is closed, the supply is still very much constrained.

Bring the gold trade to Singapore would further strengthen Singapore's positioning as a financial center. What better use of the scarce land here than to be paid to stack gold?

Amidst all the FUD, when you look at price and technicals, the markets are flashing some bottoming signals indicating some kind of rebound is on the cards. Amongst them bullish divergences when you compare individual sectors. Markets do not move in a straight line and tend to bamboozle the general crowd. Stay safe!

Watch out for Fed statement and Friday’s NFP data! With the DXY sitting at 100.095, Powell’s upcoming statement and the jobs report could be the catalyst for a shift. If the Dollar Index (DXY) hits resistance at 101 and reverses, the bearish pressure on metals might finally break.

G7 discussion? It's useless when Trump floats the idea of found invasion ain't it? Just brave yourself for the worse, we got a king on the loose. First Greendland, then Venezuela, then Iran.

Singapore stocks are still doing well. I would believe blue chips is the best play. Many mid cap stocks have went up too much and is now in the taking profit stage!

China is really facing a dilemma, it wants the clean energy space to stop killing one another, including EV and solar, but it still wants to stop most subsidies. The best option is to stay away from China stocks in the meantime. The economy is pretty much stuck.

Any reserve, or OPEC or G7, doing anything strategic, will never resolve 20% of the world's oil flow being stuck. Don't be fooled that this will resolve quickly. Brace for impact!
