Vanke Hong Kong sells just 7 units in muted Le Mont weekend launch

Vanke Hong Kong, a unit of China Vanke, sold only seven flats from its Le Mont project in Tai Po during the weekend launch. The developer released 165 flats, with sizes ranging from 270 to 662 sq ft. Prices ranged from HK$3.73 million to HK$8.67 million. The slow sales were expected as the development has been on the market for months. Vanke Hong Kong had previously sold 1,097 units since March, generating about HK$4.96 billion.
