BYD Yangwang's updated U7 to carry 150-kWh battery pack with up to 1,006 km range

BYD's updated Yangwang U7 BEV variant will feature a 150-kWh battery pack, offering a range of up to 1,006 km, making it the longest-range model in BYD's lineup. The U7, priced starting at RMB 628,000 ($89,800), will also have a 135.5-kWh option with an 800-km range. The U7 is powered by four electric motors, achieving 0-100 km/h in 2.9 seconds. Yangwang sold 703 vehicles in November, with the U7 contributing 176 units to its total of 3,862 sales this year.
